The therapy I offer is grounded in real, lived in experience-not just textbooks or theory. As a married mother of four, I've navigated the highs & lows of life grief, anxiety, neurodivergence, depression and more - each shaped by the unique lens of cultural and ethnic identity. These personal journey's have given me deep empathy and a grounded understanding of what it really means to struggle...and to heal.
